ANN FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES was founded in February 2019, by Mr.S.Samuel Robert Bino M.B.A (HRM), an aspiring Facility Management Entertainer. Backed with an experience of serving the facility industry for 15 years, his goal is to offer one window solution for all maintenance upkeep to the increasing demands of various business sectors in India.

Mr.S.Samuel Robert Bino closing his tenure of working with the facility industry has been constantly evaluating the needs and requirements of the Indian corporate industry.

He has also been focusing on adapting the latest standards and industries best practices to deliver the best services to clients.

In the era of the growing concept of outsourcing in the Indian corporate industry, Mr.S.Samuel Robert Bino has been able to achieve his dream of providing employment opportunities to the unemployed youth of India through clean sources.
